Additionally, the butler's mastery of body language facilitates clear and respectful communication, helping to convey warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness.All of these areas including dealing with difficult guests and anticipating guests needs are all covered in our butler training we also cover technical aspects of the role to ensure every expectation is exceeded. From wake up calls, to setting up and serving breakfast, lunch/ canapes, afternoon/ evening turndown service, to serving sundowners, dinner and running a bath.
